We are a retained-first firm. Each engagement is owned by a partner from the first intake conversation through onboarding and the guarantee period. The work is not delegated downward and the relationship is not transactional.

Discretion is structural, not aspirational. Confidential mandates are run under signed NDAs with named-account exclusion lists, and outreach is built for executives who are not, and would never be, on the open market.
